Types of Solar Devices
A solar panel is a device that collects and converts solar energy into heat or electricity. There are 4 main types:

2. Solar thermal collectors which are used to generate heat.
3. Solar thermal energy collection systems which are used to generate electrictiy through a system of fluid-filled tubes and mirrors.
4. Photovoltaic panels which are used to generate electricity directly from sunlight.
