Some women, who love knitting, choose to make their own round rug, giving themselves all the freedom in choosing the area rug’s color pattern and decorative design. This can be done by means of heavy knitting needles and a fairly thick yarn. A number of different color or shade combinations can be included in the rug’s design by knitting a closed loop or ‘band’ around which other bands are made in a concentric style.
