I need help with my home. to weatherize it. The roof leaks. It needs doors outside. It needs to have the ceiling put up. My husband has COPD and He and I are on limited income. My husband is 72 years old. I would like to get it just winterized and then he could take a breath of fresh air. My water heater and dryer are conected to the same outlet.
